Kithu Dana Pubuduwa respects website visitor privacy and is committed to protecting it. Website visitors can visit most pages on the PUBUDUWA website -- and use all of the material located on our site -- without identifying themselves or providing a personal information. However, if a website visitor wishes to open a direct dialogue with the Pubuduwa personnel, we would require the website visitor to provide PUBUDUWA with certain non-public personal information (referred to as "Personal Information"). Except as permitted in this Privacy Policy, PUBUDUWA will not share Personal Information about any present or former website visitor with any non-affiliated third party without the website visitor's prior written consent or providing the website visitor with a clear notice, an opportunity to "opt out" of that disclosure, and information on how to opt out.

F. Procedures to Safeguard Personal Information

PUBUDUWA will implement procedures to safeguard website visitor Personal Information. PUBUDUWA restricts access to Personal Information to those PUBUDUWA participants who need to know that information in order to provide our services to them. PUBUDUWA maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed legal standards to safeguard Personal Information.
