Entering into "Personal Prayer" or "My Hour" is an essential item in the prayer-life of all members of the Kithu Dana Pubuduwa. Although directions to experience the fourfold charism of the Pubuduwa through my hour, at a later stage when Swami thaaththa introduced the contemplative prayer program termed "A son for the son for God's kingdom" directions were given to journey into a deeper understanding of the experience of my hour.
Under the above theme 24 special resources to help in the development and training of contemplative prayer based upon the Kithu Dana Pubuduwa Charism was given by swami thaaththa. The resource that helped in the development of this guidance was received through Pope John Paul II who launched his program titled "Launch out into the Deep".
